How are vouchers and coupons processed?
Vouchers and coupons are normally processed using the client's website. Postcode software is utilised to ensure that addresses are 100% to Royal Mail standards.
If a website is not available then vouchers and coupons can be processed directly onto the client's system by utilising a VPN
If a website or VPN is not available then all the details can be entered into an Excel spreadsheet, again postcode software applies.
All voucher and coupon processing is carried out in accord with the client's SLA
